Valley View Farm Maple Syrup & Honey
Along with kidding we look forward to the end of winter through tapping our maple trees and boiling night after night in our seasonal sugar shack.
With help from our community (Dick, Dan and Steve, plus a host of "shack slackers") we produce about 60 gallons of syrup. Get some while it lasts!
We keep between 1-3 hives which are located just outside our perennial and vegetable garden nestled out of the wind below the 100 year old Tulip Poplars.
